Four men and one woman charged for drug offences – Surrey, London, Hampshire

Four men and a woman have been charged following an investigation led by the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit (SEROCU) and assisted by the Spanish National Police.

They have all appeared at Guildford Magistrates Court charged with conspiracy to import class A drugs.

Alan Harris, aged 42 of Boston Manor Road, Brentford, London; Mark Plume, aged 41 of Lampards Close, Wedmans Lan, Rotherwick, Hock, Hampshire; Mark Lockyer, aged 32 of Calvin Close, Camberley, Surrey and John Anderson, aged 55 of Oak Avenue, Hampton, Richmond-Upon-Thames have all been remanded.

Donna Flynn, aged 36 of Little Woodlands, Windsor has been released on bail.

It follows a joint investigation with the Spanish National Police in May 2019 when a large quantity of cocaine was seized in Madrid.

They are all due to appear at Guildford Crown Court on 18 March.
