Four charged in connection with firearms supply offences – Berkshire

Three men and a woman have been charged in connection with an investigation into firearms supply offences. 

Benjamin Phillips, aged 43, of London Road, Wokingham, Damon Phillips, aged 24, of no fixed abode, Kenneth Brittan, aged 33, of Munnings Drive, Sandhurst, and Katie Rose Lee, aged 30, also of Munnings Drive, Sandhurst, were charged on Wednesday (2/11) with conspiring to sell/transfer a pistol (a prohibited weapon) and conspiring to sell/transfer prohibited ammunition.  

The charges are in connection with an investigation into the conversion and supply of viable firearms. Officers conducted a warrant at premises in London Road, Wokingham, and search activity at premises in Munnings Drive, Sandhurst, on Monday (31/10). 

Those charged were remanded in custody to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday where they were further remanded to appear at Reading Crown Court on 5 December.
