Three men charged in relation to firearms offences – Portsmouth

Three men from Portsmouth have been charged in connection with firearm offences.

The men; Peter Black, aged 38-years-old, of no fixed abode; Russell Ormrod, aged 44-years-old, of no fixed abode and Paul Churcher, aged 46-years old, of Elm Grove, Southsea, Portsmouth were each charged with one count of attempting to possess/acquire a prohibited weapon contrary to section 1(1) Criminal Attempts Act 1981.

They appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Saturday (6/4) and were remanded into custody to appear at Winchester Crown Court on 3 May.
